Regular Services

Bedrooms, familyrooms, dens, etc.

Window sills, and ledges, doors, picture frames, mirrors, knickknacks, ceiling fans, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards, under beds (if accessible), switch plates. Remove cobwebs, dust mini-blinds, vacuum carpets, vacuum and mop floors, vacuum furniture, stairs vacuumed and mopped, empty trash,
make beds and change linens if left out.

Bathroom

Showers, bathtubs, sinks, vanities, backsplashes, switch plates, mirrors, toilets (inside and out including base and behind), floors and tile walls, exhaust fans, windowsills and ledges, empty trash.

Kitchen

Counters, outside of cabinets, tables, chairs, sinks, switch plates, back-splashes, range tops, refrigerator (top, sides, front and floor behind), outside of dish-washer and oven, microwave oven (inside and out), toaster oven (inside and out), coffee pot, vacuum and mop floor, window sills and ledges, empty trash. Sink and counter-tops must be left free and clear of dirty dishes and utensils unless otherwise prearranged.
